Interested in becoming School Council Treasurer for 2026/27?

We’re looking for a parent volunteer to take on (or help with) the Treasurer role next year. Our current Treasurer is graduating with their child, so this is a great opportunity to step in.

If you’re curious but unsure, you can start by shadowing this spring/fall to see what’s involved before fully committing. It’s a supportive handover—no prior experience required.

What you’ll do:
• Attend School Council meetings and share a simple financial update
• Help manage the Council’s bank account (with another signatory)
• Track income and expenses
• Handle reimbursements and deposits
• Support budget planning with the team
• Help prepare a short year-end financial summary

Time commitment:
Roughly a couple of hours per week, with occasional busier periods.
