Thank you to all who joined us for the first School Council meeting last week. Highlights for those who missed it:
- We elected our officers: Julia Swaigen (Co-Chair), Heather Phillips (Co-Chair), Sonia Satov (Secretary), and Janine Naumann (Treasurer).
- We discussed the various committees and volunteer opportunities for the year. Check out the list to learn about the activities and teams you can join or support and email HPAScommunications@gmail.com to be added to any group!
- The two Budget Committee meetings are taking place Friday, October 9, 12-1pm, and Friday October 16, 12-1pm, both virtually. The budget committee is an open committee which considers (i) the events council will run and fund, and (ii) funding requests from HPAS Administration and our teachers. Please join and help us steer what this school year will look like!
